This is such a fun cabaret bar we had a blast! Very entertaining and met some very nice people - our bartender was awesome! We didn't eat, but the food looked good.

I had some qualms about trying this place due the occasional negative reviews, but the piano bar section is absolutely fantastic. There is a pianist who plays live music and sings, but all the bartenders join in and they have such amazing voices. It’s a shamelessly entertaining time if you go here to listen and sing along to great singers. It’s too loud to hold any kind of conversation though, so I wouldn’t come here if you’re just looking for background music.

Amazing place to stop in for a drink and/or a bite to eat. The staff is friendly & the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I had the eggplant & andouille sausage & it was so good that I ordered a second serving (I had skipped lunch, so was extra hungry). The Sexy Mama drink was a nice treat to end a day of lots of sightseeing (walking).

We are so happy we stumbled on Don't Tell Mama on Saturday night. We really enjoyed the fun atmosphere and incredibly talented singing staff. I still don't know how they made cocktails and waited tables, while simultaneously entertaining us with their excellent singing!

This is one of the best bars I’ve been to a minute. Extremely lively and fun environment. The service was great while also providing some great entertainment. This was one of the coolest things in New York that I found.

What a fantastic night out. Started with dinner on patio at Kitchen 46 (great price, taste & portions) before moving to the intimate piano bar. Great night throughout the night especially Laura making cocktails & blasting out the diva songs, accompanied ably by Jerry on piano who is a great performer on his own as well. The bar was full from 9-11.30 with people coming & going but constant was great entertainment & service. Other singers who are also bar/wait staff were also very good. Get there!

We have been to Don't Tell Mama in NYC several times during our travels and we always have a great time! We ate the chicken tenders and shrimp cocktail this time and really enjoyed both. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive! I would recommend this place to all that visit New York! And, the pianist/singer is awesome and the bartenders sing like nobody's business! Check it out. You won't regret it!!!
